Booking on GigZoro, step by step
GigZoro connects you with local providers who rent out equipment and offer services. Here is the whole process, from finding what you need to rating the provider afterwards.
From search to finished gig
Find what you need
Search by keyword, browse a category, or pick your location on the map. Every listing shows the price and the provider behind it. If something is unclear, message the provider from the listing — you do not need an account for that.
Pick your dates
Choose a start and end date on the listing, then add it to your cart. Your cart keeps each provider’s items together.
Sign in and pay
You need a GigZoro account to check out. You pay the full amount by card, and you confirm the provider’s cancellation policy before you do.
The provider confirms
Your booking is not final until the provider accepts it. They can propose different dates instead, which you approve or turn down. If they decline, you get your money back.
The gig happens
For rentals, take photos when you collect the item and again when you hand it back. That record protects you and the provider if anything is disputed.
Rate the provider
When the order is complete, leave a star rating and a comment from your account. It goes to GigZoro, not onto a public page.
